A former Collegiate pitcher, Drew has an abundance of experience in the world of baseball training and Leadership. His unique journey, playing for four different schools over 5 years, ranging from D3 to D1 programs, has provided him with a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge on the game. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, in Organizational Leadership, with an emphasis on Exercise Science and Kinesiology, his education truly complements the on-field experience.
Drew’s ability to adapt and thrive in such diverse environments sets him apart from most traditional player experiences. Having played under seven different coaching staffs and strength trainers, as well as directly training under nationally recognized performance programs and with more than 150 teammates in college, he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to excel in the sport; specifically, how the actions, values, and characteristics of coaches can positively or negatively impact a baseball player's development. This helped generate his comprehensive view of what it takes to be a successful athlete and reinforces a fundamental belief that success extends beyond physical development, and includes a profound understanding of the demands of high school and college baseball today.
If you are interested in transforming your young athlete's journey, helping them evolve, and nurturing their physical and mental well-being in a safe and structured environment.
